I requested my money back after a month, to which I was asked to pay an undiscussed tax fee. I reluctantly paid this to unlock my funds with them but nothing still changed after doing this. I started calling their customer support and this went on for days without getting any response or feedback from their end.

These people are high-end criminals. Do not invest in them. They will try to convince you to invest more and one even suggest I should break the bank or borrow from family or friends to invest more.
