I'm a news trader. After consistently making profits, I received a letter from Marex Spectron accusing me of using arbitrage delays. I explained that my trades had nothing to do with arbitrage delays, especially since some of my trades lasted for minutes. However, they insisted that I breached the agreement. They decided to keep the profits for me, but I had to close my account.
When I withdrew, I was told I had to withdraw the entire balance (including profits) to my credit card. When I asked about it, they explained that even if I made €50,000, I should withdraw it to my credit card regardless of cost and inconvenience! They don't welcome profitable traders!
