Just tried out Cryptxpress, and it's a bit of a mixed bag. On the plus side, the customer service team is responsive and quick to address issues. However, there are a few aspects that left me less than satisfied. To begin with, the fees are on the higher side, making it a bit challenging for beginners like myself. The minimum deposit requirement is also relatively steep, posing a hurdle for those just starting out. As an Indian user, the lack of a dedicated customer service number for Indian clients is inconvenient. Quick assistance and specific market queries for Indian users become a bit more cumbersome without dedicated support. Moreover, I was disappointed to find that Cryptxpress doesn't offer swap-free accounts for non-Muslim clients like me. It feels like a basic feature that should be inclusive for traders of all backgrounds. In summary, while the customer service is commendable, the high fees, steep minimum deposit, lack of dedicated support for Indian clients, and the absence of swap-free accounts for non-Muslims make Cryptxpress less than ideal for someone like me who is still navigating the world of forex trading.
