Great customer support! I consider myself pretty clueless when it comes to IT and computers, so when I mess things up, Jack Filled is a lifesaver. Always there to help me out.

I'm more than disappointed about the customer support, repeatedly I must say. We are loyal customers for more than decades, but we feel not understood, and even worse, no one wants to help.
