Their Algorithmic Trading Platform, intended to be a high point, turned out to be a low one. It was not user-friendly and, in fact, it was impossible for me to execute any sort of trade on this platform.
When I contacted their customer support for much-needed assistance on how to navigate around the platform, I was met with a response that was far poor. The customer service team seemed to be unaware and uninformed about the platform they were supposed to be supporting, which only worsened my trading experience.
