Realink is a bit of a mixed bag for me. On the positive side, it offers a decent set of document management features, and the interface is pretty user-friendly. However, I've run into some annoying glitches and slow loading issues that can be a real buzzkill when you're trying to get things done. The customer support is a bit hit or miss too – sometimes they're on it, other times it feels like you're shouting into the void. There's potential here, but they need to iron out these kinks to make it a smoother ride for users like me.
