I tried using EIGEN FX, and my experience was not great. Getting my money back seemed impossible. They claimed they could refund the money to the original card used for deposit, but when I attempted it, they said there was no eligible card. If you try to withdraw using your bank account details, they reject it and throw out some nonsense from the terms and conditions.

The promised Monday profits never showed up, and trying to withdraw funds, especially dividends, was a headache. It feels like they make it unnecessarily tricky to access your own money. Honestly, my experience with EIGEN FX wasn't great, and I'd advise others to be cautious before jumping in.
