It's left me feeling more unsafe than rowing without oars. It's a labyrinth with no end – their website is as elusive as hens' teeth! As for transparency, it’s like trying to see through a London fog. Add to that the herculean task of getting in touch - it's as quiet as a grave, not a peep anywhere! Steer your ship clear of these waters, folks!
