PU Prime is a scam. After trading for weeks and building up profits, I requested a withdrawal — and they immediately froze my account without giving any reason. No email, no warning, no reply from support.
Worse, multiple people affiliated with the same IB as me had their accounts blocked at the exact same time. This is clearly a tactic to avoid paying profitable traders.
PU Prime pretends to be a legitimate broker, but the moment you try to get your money out, they shut you down. Avoid them at all costs.
I have already submitted formal complaints to the FSC and the Financial Ombudsperson of Mauritius.
