During the critical time of managing losses and formulating a strategy, I reached out to their customer support, but found them to be rather unprofessional. Responses were not only delayed, but also didn't provide any practical solutions to my problem. Instead of helping me cope with the challenging situation, their approach seemed to complicate matters further.
