I've been trying to change my email address, and it's been a bit frustrating. I've made three phone calls, but my account is still locked. The security question generated by the system asks for my investment name, and I'm having trouble because I don't have a postal statement. The only way I can answer this question is by accessing my online account. Can we please resolve this issue promptly?
