Even if everything else about this broker seems ideal, getting your money out is a whole other story. Withdrawing funds becomes a frustrating nightmare. Despite repeated follow-ups, customer service is unresponsive and robotic, offering little to no help. The attitude of account managers takes a sharp turn for the worse when withdrawal requests are involved.👎👎👎
