Sad tale I started with TopFX brokers in October 2020. And I traded the account for almost 2,000 USD. Tried to withdraw all my money NO GO! Then they froze my account. Now I can't see the site looks like it has been taken down! Very very sad.

Yes, I am a big fan of TopFX. It gives me everything I need. I love its copy trading most, which allows me to make profits without spending too much energy or time. By the way, customer service is great! Marvelous!

Their efficient support team and use of the iCT5000X strategy were highlights. There were challenging moments in trading, but the fast deposits and withdrawals were commendable, as was the speedy execution and excellent spread.

TopFX really impressed me with their low minimum initial deposit, making it easy for traders of all budgets to get started. And their trading platform is top-notch, with fast execution speeds, advanced charting tools, and support for multiple assets.

TopFX has cancelled my legal profits exceeding $850 under any terms - all traders using TopFX have their trading accounts immediately restricted and terminated upon receipt of legal profits. The trader confiscated over $850 of my profits and only refunded my initial deposit of $500. They cited Article 28.6 but did not provide any server logs, technical evidence, or evidence of misconduct. My trading is executed normally based on market price fluctuations, without using any prohibited software, arbitrage, or system manipulation. When I requested more details, TopFX closed its internal communication channels and refused to respond. I have submitted a formal complaint to the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (FSA Seychelles) and attached all supporting documents. Please proceed with caution - this clause (trader) will cancel your profits upon successful trading!

They justified their decision by citing vague clauses in their Terms of Business, alleging that my trading affected their platform and suggesting possible cooperation with other traders. When I requested evidence to support these serious allegations, no concrete proof was provided. Instead, I only received references to broad contractual clauses. In my view, these accusations were used to justify canceling my trades and refusing to release my funds. The company also claimed that the issue originated from its liquidity provider, yet I was never given any verifiable documentation or independent evidence to support that explanation. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this broker. I encourage anyone considering opening an account to research carefully and understand the risks before depositing funds.

My account was terminated on 11/05/2026 and my remaining balance of USD 4,253 was withheld. I had been trading normally for several months as a strategy provider on cTrader, generating consistent profits for my copiers through regular trading activity including wins, losses and stop losses. TopFX processed my withdrawal of USD 2,100 on 07/05/2026 without issue. Five days later my account was terminated and remaining funds blocked. Their official email stated the reason was that I had withdrawn more than I deposited – which is not a valid clause in their Terms and Conditions. As a strategy provider, my trading performance was fully transparent and verifiable. Despite generating strong returns for followers through legitimate trading, my account was terminated and funds withheld without valid justification. I have submitted a formal settlement request which was rejected. TopFX then offered a settlement of only USD 500 for my balance of USD Total: $4253 ($1500 in account, $2753 in wallet)
