Trade245 is rejecting all of my withdrawal requests. My current balance is 15.102 usd and I've trying to withdraw my funds but keep rejecting all the requests claiming lack of trading activity which is not true at all since I have traded 11 lots in less than a week, and they keep pushing me to trade more lots to be able to withdraw my money. They behave like a scam broker because they have no right to retain a customer funds. Now I have asked them to terminate my account and return all my funds to the credit card used to deposit but they don't respond. I think everyone should be aware of this broker.

I deposited funds with Trade245 and deeply regret it. Their customer service is abysmal. They bombard you with emails requesting documents, but once you submit everything, they go silent—especially when you ask about your withdrawal. It’s been over 10 days since I requested my payout. Every day, I’m told “you’ll receive it by the end of the day,” but nothing ever arrives. They keep making excuses and dragging things out. It’s clear they’re stalling, and at this point, I believe this is a scam operation. They’re quick to take your deposit but vanish when it’s time to pay out. I’ve followed every instruction, submitted every document, and still—no funds, no accountability.

I was trading with this broker since 12 April without any single withdrawal i was compounding my profits for increase good profits unfortunately what email i received. I was using hedge buy/sell long strategy which all broker allow without any problem. But the just sent me a Email that’ my account is deactivated and my trading accounts is been disabled this is pure scam

My account got locked since January 7th as well as my funds. I requested a withdraw on January 12th and I havent received any respond about my funds. Poor customer support. Feels like a scam to me holding money for so long.

I have been swindled out of my savings for almost a year. It started at 100 USD. I was enticed into pouring more money into more than one ''account'', with the promise of ''if you invest more you will gain more''. When I got suspicious I asked to get my money back. But no one processed it...

Unable to withdraw money. I want to withdraw the profits from my account, but they asked me to submit documents, saying that I need to verify my identity, there was no such complicated process when I lost money and deposited it into the account before. I don't understand why it's so difficult to get back money that should belong to me from them.
