What's more, the minimum deposit for some account types is just too high for the average trader, which can be a big turn-off. I do think they could benefit from expanding their support hours and maybe offering more flexible account options that cater to a wider range of traders.

Their trading fees are competitive, and the trading platforms are pretty user-friendly. I particularly like the advanced charting tools and indicators they offer, which help me analyze the market better. But there are definitely some issues with this broker that need addressing.There's no 24/7 customer support, which can be a real pain if you need help outside of regular business hours.
