Don't let Sunward's claims of low trading costs fool you - those guys will nickel and dime you to death with all their hidden fees. I got hit with random charges left and right that really added up. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Good luck getting any kind of help or explanation when you call them up. Between the sky-high trading costs and lousy support, Sunward is just not worth the headache. Steer clear unless you want to get fleeced.
