I got an account manager assigned to me. The funds that I withdrew also received in my bank account. Looks like, they take feedback very seriously. Keep up the good work. Although, the chat function on the website is still not back. I opened an account with them couple of weeks ago. Yesterday, I made a withdrawal request. It's still pending processing by their finance department. Since chat function disappeared from their website this week, I had to call them on their customer support phone number to check on the status of the withdrawal. On the phone, they said, they will reach out to the finance department to process the withdrawal and send me the status via email once approved.
