Make sure you understand you can only withdraw to the same account as you deposited the money. The only improvement could be the update of your dashboard. If I transfer money from one to another account it takes about 15 minutes before this is visible in my dashboard. In MT4 account this transfer is within 1 second visible. If there is an issue you have the chat service what works really well. In some cases you need to address your account manager which is assigned to you from the beginning.
