MSMAX are scammers. People stay away from this Company. They are not real. They never answer any of their numbers or emails. It’s all to fool people.

I recently looked into MSMAX as a potential trading platform, but was disappointed to find out that they have no regulatory licenses. As a forex trader, safety and security of my investments is crucial, and I am hesitant to trust a company that does not have any oversight from a regulatory authority.

Before I received any response from the MSMAX service desk, the application displayed erroneous information, causing me to lose money and have a terrible day. When they finally replied, they initially believed it was my mistake. Eventually, they realized that the positions displayed on my screen were actually ten times their true value, with no acknowledgment of responsibility for this malfunction.

I've been trying to verify my account with MSMAX since January, but they keep rejecting my proof of residence. I provided my electricity bill in my name issued within the past 3 months, but they said they still need my paystub. I sent that over, and then they asked for my tax documents. I sent those too, and still, they denied everything!
