This is the first time I've had to leave a review. I've had intermittent withdrawal issues with most of my withdrawals via PayNow being stuck or cancelled and there's been no acceptable response from the finance team aside from you can 'withdraw as usual'. I now have money stuck in withdrawals which can neither be used in real life nor traded.

On one hand, they keep reaching out to me, but on the other hand, their product offerings are incredibly limited. I'm not sure what their goal is, but it's clear that their services don't align with my interests. While I appreciate their persistence, I'd rather work with a trading platform that offers a wider range of options and better caters to my needs as a trader.
