I've never experienced any lag or dropped connections while trading on their platform. The only downside is that their customer service can be a bit slow to respond at times. But honestly, it's a small price to pay for such a great trading experience.

Limited platform options, no demo account for the newbies, and some info gaps, like withdrawal methods. Also, they keep the counterparty info under wraps, which might bug some traders, including me.
