I've been testing it for about 1 month, very low spreads, the commission is fair and in fact there are no fees for depositing. I have not yet defined it as a trusted broker due to the short time and the fact that only a small profit was withdrawn. But since opening the account, everything has worked perfectly.

I had a disappointing experience with AI GOLD broker. They froze my account without any explanation. When I called customer support to inquire about a refund policy for slippage stop-loss, they subsequently blocked my account from trading. Their response was that I hadn't updated my net assets and funding sources. I checked my emails, and they hadn't sent any prior notifications about such requirements.

To be honest. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Their service is all over the place, and their account managers aren't very professional. They really can't guide you on anything, so the whole trading experience is just really poor. If you're looking to trade currency pairs, I'd suggest going with a more professional forex trading platform instead of wasting your time with AI GOLD.
