They don't respond the phone anymore, my money just dissapeared from the account. I don't know what to do.

Horrible experience. They manipulated the account so all the money was lost. A non-existent spike was created to bring the account into liquidation, I am trying to talk to them but nobody picks up the phone anymore, my account manager just disappeared. I need my money back ********!
