So far I'm very happy trading on EnzoFX. I have had no reason to contact customer service so I can not give any review on them and that by it self is worth 5 stars. Deposit 5 stars using credit card, worked instant. Withdraw 5 stars using credit card **** about 2 days. Withdraw by bank wire **** once bank account was cleared 2 days and cost in interbank charge 10 euro. Lets try PayPal.

Fairly straight forward for an inexperienced investor but some of the terminology is confusing. Very pleasant and helpful staff on the phone however and they do support the best trading team in the land.

I had high hopes for EnzoFX, but they've been a letdown. They promised me a bonus for joining, but I never saw it in my account. Waited and waited, but it just didn't show up. The spreads are another big problem. For example, trading USD/JPY, you'd expect tight spreads, right? Not here. The spreads can jump to over 10 pips, which is a lot. It eats into any profits you might make and makes it hard to trade effectively. And when you try to make a trade, don't expect it to happen quickly. The order execution is slow. You click to trade at a price you like, but by the time the trade goes through, the market's moved. It's frustrating and means you're often not trading at the prices you want.
