Don't believe these bad reviews online! Someone must have deliberately smeared it! I have been trading with this brokerage for three years now and I am very impressed with them. They abruptly closed my account without prior notice. Trying to reach their support team was a frustrating ordeal with extremely slow response times. When I inquired, they simply cited clause five of the customer agreement as the reason for my account closure.
