The spreads on the Standard account are too high, and the commissions on the rest of the accounts are too high. Even withdrawals are not free, only the three accounts in the upper tier can withdraw money 1-4 times a month for free, while the two accounts at the lowest level do not even have any free withdrawal chances.

Huge slippage issue with the XAU/USD pair – massive 50 pips! I'm talking about a move of over 50 pips in just one bar on the M1 chart. It's pretty clear what's going on here. This sudden slippage caused a huge loss in my account, and I know I'm not the only one who got hit by this.
