I requested my most recent withdrawal, and the payment representative told me it would take 2-4 days to be approved; nevertheless, my withdrawals have yet to be approved. Their terrible customer support at FIN8ITY constantly informing me that there is a delay. I assume it is them who are preventing me from withdrawing my money on purpose. BAD BROKER!
