Withdrawal is so hard! 10 working days later and it's still pending. I've emailed the account manager 4 times, without a reply. I've called the support line who said they would get him to call me, which he hasn't. Also, they say he is the only person able to approve the withdrawal. So, I can't get my money and I can't get anyone to reply or authorize the withdrawal.
