I've experienced a problem like deposit issues and connectivity since day one. Also, their spread & commission is high compared to other brokers. Do yourself a favour, walk away and find yourself a better broker.

Customer service is very good. I rarely use the service on a weekend but this time, there was a queue with a very helpful 'you are customer number xx in the queue' notice which helps to know roughly how long you've got to wait. Adrian was very helpful, helping me to ascertain the exact build number of my MT4 platforms.

I haven't received my money yet, and it seems like Axion Trade doesn't really care. Honestly, the customer service has been a bit arrogant, telling me that two weeks is a short time. One of them referred me to the finance department, and it took them three days to finally confirm that the money has been sent.

Do not trust this broker with your money. I have lost mine.
