I recently tried Degiro's forex trading platform with their one-month trial offer. However, I ended up being charged without any valid reason, claiming it was a consultation fee. I had no intention of paying for a service I didn't request. Moreover, their customer service incessantly called and harassed me about the payment.

Trading fees with Degiro is acceptable, but what dissatisfied me was account manager here arrogant and impatient. They think they are smart and I am stupid, so speechless…
