$1000 minimum deposit is too high...don't advise beginners waste money and time here...

Started trading with SMART BALANCE recently. They offer competitive spreads and reliable leverage. Using their TradingView platform has been a good experience. However, noticed that they have high minimum deposit requirements, there's room for improvement.

Secondly, while the account opening process is thorough to maintain security, I found it somewhat convoluted and time-consuming. The process could certainly be streamlined for better user experience.

But man, after that, it just got even more surreal. You see, I couldn't believe the runaround they gave me during the account set-up. It was like deja vu! They repeatedly asked me to submit proof of funds, I must've done it like 4 times, they just kept asking. It felt like they were trying to make the process as difficult as they could. Then, they kept bugging me and calling at all hours asking for more documents and making it even more complicated. It was ludicrous! I remember one day, I received five unanswered calls from them, persistently asking for another proof of funds. Finally, I just had enough and I was like, "forget it." So, I pulled my money out and switched to another platform.
