Many newer complains about having troubles when trying to withdraw funds such as asking for the same details again when they already have it. When my account is verified then it's verified for both deposit and withdrawals I believe. Why so many complains about withdrawals lately? The platform is really good I just miss the trailing stop option. I guess it's too early to judge.

As a customer of East West Bank's trading services, I'm honestly disappointed. Everything seemed fine, I was making some decent profits, and then bam! My account got shut down out of the blue. Like, seriously? I get it, rules are rules, but some heads up would've been nice.
