They give you access to their trading platform and let you trade but you don't have control over your finances, and eventually they will block your account when you will ask them for a withdrawal, and they threaten you with the fact they have your ID and details. You can't deposit or withdraw anything using the site, they ask for you to deposit it in crypto to a specific bank account so that you can never get it
