The customer service is terrible, and the reps are totally useless - they can't even answer simple questions because their English is so bad. I traded on their platform for less than two weeks, and I lost almost all my money. It was such bad luck to come across this broker. Of course, I would advise anyone to stay away from VALFOREX if they want to keep their their funds.
