Their customer support fed me WRONG info about a trading product, specifically about a swap calculation date. Guess what? I LOST $1,000 on a trade! I contacted them about the issue, hoping for some compensation for their mistake. Instead, all I got was a lousy "sorry" and a big fat NO on any kind of reimbursement. I was trading a decent volume, around $20,000 every week! You'd think they'd value a customer like that, right?👎
