The process of opening an account took forever and a day! I was bounced between so many customer service reps that I lost count. I can't for the life of me understand how they operate with such disorder. Feels worse than having a metaphorical knife to my nose!
I regret taking my friend's advice to join this platform. It has been nothing but a complete disappointment. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone, trust me.
