Despite their email assurance that they wouldn't pay dividends, they did so, and without my consent, manually cut into my profit. When I confronted them about it, they simply claimed it wasn't their fault but rather the actions of some of their employees, and they refused to refund my money. I am profoundly disappointed in the trust I placed in this broker.
