Another issue I had with FxActive is their limited payment methods. It was inconvenient for me to use their available payment options as they didn't support my preferred method. This made the deposit and withdrawal process slower and more complicated than it should have been.

The only thing that I can say is good about this broker is the wide selection of trading instruments available. However, everything else has been a disappointment. The customer support team is unprofessional and unhelpful. Whenever I had a question or an issue, they were slow to respond and provided me with vague answers that did not solve my problem. This lack of support and guidance made it very difficult to trade confidently and effectively.
