My journey with Optiver has been a bit of a rollercoaster. On the bright side, they offer a variety of trading options and a user-friendly interface, making it accessible for traders of all levels. But, and it's a big but, the customer support seriously needs a boost. Responses are slow, and when they finally arrive, they're often generic and miss the mark on addressing specific concerns. It's a frustrating experience that leaves you wondering if they really value your business. What's more, the lack of educational resources is a letdown.
