I used to think Prestige was great but some months ago they started to ask for a picture of me holding my ID. I uploaded it tried to upload it hundreds of times using all available methods but either I get an error message or they claim they didn't receive anything or the format was wrong even though I converted it to pdf as they requested. Also they do not accept replies to their support email address so I had to open a new ticket every time and the last time I did that my message wasn't sent because I was "temporary banned"! And I cannot withdraw my funds until this mess is solved which I now realize will never happen.
