The staff's arrogance didn't help the situation either. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this bank, but their poor customer service and lack of efficiency really turned me off.

To be completely honest, I had a pretty bad experience with Bank Negara Malaysia. When I tried to make a deposit, the staff seemed lazy and uninterested in helping me. They took an incredibly long time to process my request, and it felt like they were dragging their feet for the tiniest things. It was frustrating to say the least. The overall service was lackluster and I didn't feel like a valued customer.
