Although the website states that the deposit will be credited instantly, three days have passed and the amount has not been added to my account. I have shared all the screenshots with the company, but they told me they are still waiting for confirmation from the payment provider. They said the process would be completed within 1 to 3 days, but the timeframe has now passed and there is still no result.
