A notorious fraudster. They're a criminal gang, and they're all after your money. They lied to me that I could get a rebate for topping up, but I couldn't resist the lure of money, after all, so I recharge my account. Later I wanted to withdraw money but was asked to continue to recharge. I'm not stupid enough to keep giving them money. I stopped topping it up, but I still have a lot of money in my account that I can't get back. Has anyone made a successful withdrawal?

I invested a lot of money into their platform and now I can't withdraw any of it!!! Despite many attempts to reach their customer service, I've had no success or proper responses.
