There is still work to be done to improve performance in the Asian market session as spread widens too much and data keeps freezing. The other markets are fine, just the occasional drop out in connection to the servers, probably my end but nothing severe.

They also treat you with respect and are generally helpful with most requests. Uptime with their cTrader platform has been like 99.999%. So far its been a good experience.

I clicked the help and within a short time I had a call from technical. After a few questions I was told about a problem with the trading platform I was using. I was reassured that a better platform will be sent to me within 3 days. I am very pleased and satisfied with tge service. Thanks again. I am ready to enjoy trading again

Everything is super. but the chart replay mode works for a single timeframe only. if the timeframe is changed, the chart gets reset.

This broker has the worst trading platform in the industry. It freezes, glitches, and has a horrible reaction to price action ATM. They closed my position with little to no explanation. What's more, the web site has so many issues and the password reset button doesn't work.

As a user, I'd like to share my experience with FXUSolution. I initially started with a demo account just to get a feel for the platform and see how it performs. And I must say, the experience has been great! Now, I'm gearing up to dive into real trading with my actual account. For me, the key factors are the speed and ease of deposits and withdrawals. If these processes are smooth, quick, and hassle-free, then my rating stays at a solid 5 stars. However, if there are any delays or pressures in depositing or withdrawing funds, my rating might drop to 3 or 4 stars.

Frankly, the commission rates at FXUSolution are ridiculously high compared to any other broker I've come across. It's quite surprising how they manage to justify such steep fees. Not the most budget-friendly option out there, to say the least.
