It is rare for this Japanese website to provide English service, but I feel that the interface of the website is very dated. Japan is so far away from me that I don't want to choose a company there.

Don't let Sunward's claims of low trading costs fool you - those guys will nickel and dime you to death with all their hidden fees. I got hit with random charges left and right that really added up. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Good luck getting any kind of help or explanation when you call them up. Between the sky-high trading costs and lousy support, Sunward is just not worth the headache. Steer clear unless you want to get fleeced.

I opened my Sunward account 15/16 days ago, and even after depositing and submitting payment method documents, my withdrawal is still pending. Despite daily contact with the live chat manager, the response is consistently vague, promising verification soon. I've been assured of a priority request, but my account remains unverified.
