Don't believe these bad reviews online! Someone must have deliberately smeared it! I have been trading with this brokerage for three years now and I am very impressed with them. I am completely assured to invest here because their staff are very professional and will help me solve any problems as soon as possible. They abruptly closed my account without prior notice. Trying to reach their support team was a frustrating ordeal with extremely slow response times. When I inquired, they simply cited clause five of the customer agreement as the reason for my account closure.
