Confusion and Disappointment... Trading with VeracityFX was a mixed experience. A matching bonus on my R2000 deposit left me confused as it appeared as equity. Calls for clarification were met with disbelief, unfulfilled callbacks, and an unresolved issue.

I set up this standard account there. Felt pretty good about it at first. Then one day, I had this idea of trading 5 standard lots on a forex pair. I was keeping an eye on the EUR/USD, which usually has a tight spread, so I thought I had my bases covered. They had quoted me a spread of something like 1.5 pips, which is pretty standard in the industry. So, I gave it a shot. But, did things go downhill from there. As soon as I hit that execute button, things kinda went south. My order didn't execute at the price I intended. Instead, it filled at quite a different rate. I clearly remember, it was a 3 pip difference, way higher than my expected spread, eating into my trade profitability.

I'm somewhat disappointed with VeracityFX. I find their trading platform to be less than smooth, sometimes even affecting my trading decisions. Moreover, I discovered that their customer service team is not as responsive or helpful as I would like. They seem slow to help solve problems and provide clear information, which in this industry, is absolutely important. All in all, I think there is plenty of room for VeracityFX to improve.
