MetaTrader 5 is solid—no complaints there. But the whole unregulated thing does make me a bit uneasy. I'm keeping my trades small and not putting in more than I can afford to lose, just to be safe! Customer service is alright; they get back to me but could definitely be quicker.

As of the time of this writing, any effort by my clients to withdraw the funds they deposited have been for nothing and I am now stuck in the middle because Michael Chen left me hanging to resolve this issue by myself. I need to pay back money that I cannot afford to give back to my clients, all because Michael Chen is a fraud. This is a cautionary tale to never conduct business with Michael Chen ever again. Your money is not safe and any attempt at making him answerable or accountable will be rebuffed with pathetic excuses as will be seen in the screenshots included in this post. I am powerless to sue him because he operates in Dubai but I hope this message will reverberate throughout the Forex industry. It is hard enough to convince clients to trust in the Forex industry in general and Michael Chen is doing everyone a disservice by operating in this industry where trust is essential because he will never be worthy of trust. He is a scammer with no regard for the trouble he is causing others. Do not be fooled by his smiling face and genteel demeanor. It is all a mask to coax you into trusting him. I made that mistake once, I implore the public to not make the same mistake that I have.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC My former employer, Michael Chen, in-charge of MCC Markets Inc. a.k.a Chaos Software Trading L.L.C, is running an illegal and fraudulent Forex company in the guise of a legitimate operation. Here is a brief summary of what happened over the course of my brief but harrowing experience with his bogus company. He hired me as one of the managers in the Philippines to oversee and expand the company’s reach and I signed a standard consultancy agreement with the operation as per the custom of the Forex industry. Frankly, the company’s product is subpar but unsurprising given that the company is only months old at this point (according to him at least). Still, I gave my best effort to introduce the company to my clients and some of my valued clients have deposited their funds to the company. Unfortunately, last week he abruptly announced that the company has ceased operations and that he has been fired from his own company, giving me no recourse to recover the deposited funds by my clients. This alone is a hallmark of fraud. No legitimate company will cease their operations without proper notice to its stakeholders including their consultants. More importantly, it is clearly advertised in the company’s website that the funds are safe and secure, which is false.
