I deposited 246.49 USDT (Polygon network) to the address provided by MetaGold's deposit section. The transaction was confirmed on the blockchain with over 1600 confirmations . However, MetaGold blocked the funds in their internal system. I submitted all requested documents including AML form, ID, bank statement, and transaction screenshots.
