My experience with Alpha Markets has been extremely disappointing. They removed funds from my trading account without explanation or notice, causing significant financial loss and emotional distress. Customer support was unhelpful. I urge caution when dealing with Alpha Markets.

The interactions I've had with the support team have been very positive. The employees were helpful and provided me with outstanding customer service, which simplified the process and reduced the amount of time it took to resolve all of my issues to approximately five minutes. I really appreciate it.
